CCS (Culinary Consultancy Services) was founded by two executive chefs with over 60 years of combined culinary and operational expertise. 


One holds a master’s degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, and both are graduates of culinary school. 


We are also ISO 22000 certified, highlighting our commitment to food safety and quality management.

Our mission at CCS is to empower F&B businesses of all sizes 
—locally and internationally— with the tools and insights they need to reach their full potential.


Our backgrounds include leadership roles in prestigious organizations such as Ali Bin Ali, Naghi Group, Assaad F&B, and Ashti People Restaurant, where we developed a deep understanding of culinary excellence and strategic management.


We are particularly experienced in setting plans and strategies, while both have a proven track record in creating innovative culinary concepts.


Previously, we shared our knowledge as instructors in hospitality management at the Lebanese American University (LAU) and currently teach at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ).
